HallWay Plumbing was co-founded in 2009 by Jim Vandiver and his brother-in-law, Bill Hall. Their vision was to create a high-energy, high-integrity plumbing company based on a committed work ethic and family values. In 2012, with the unanimous support of the seven Hall brothers, HallWay Plumbing was acquired and became part of Hall Boys business portfolio.
In 2016, the HallWay family was deeply saddened by the unexpected passing of Jim Vandiver. HallWay Plumbing remains dedicated to Jim’s original vision.
In its first year under the Hall Boys banner, HallWay Plumbing had a record year grossing $7 million in revenue. With continued hard work, dedication, and improved processes, HallWay Plumbing grew to more than $50 million in 2019.
The company’s strength and continued success lies in its dedicated personnel and their like-minded values and dedication to professionalism.
In 2019, HallWay Plumbing was rated one of The Best Places to Work in 2019 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
